This devine blouse is in great condition having seen four decades of elegant parties we can only dream of. There are two buttons, along with snap closures. This is a vintage clothing item, therefore not 100% perfect. Upon very close inspection I see that a very small part of stitching near right arm pit is not original (see circled part on last photo) and the INSIDE of the button holes aren't perfect, however, the outside that shows is perfect. Neither of these are noticeable unless really inspecting upclose. Top is clean and smoke-free. Be prepared to turn heads in this vintage designer piece!!
